M2 Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead complex estimating efforts and support the continued growth and success of the estimating function. The Senior Estimator will develop precise and competitive cost estimates, evaluate project risks and opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to support successful bid submissions. This role collaborates with company leadership to strengthen estimating processes, drive consistency, and support profitability, while leading the estimating process and team. The successful Senior Estimator will play a key role in bid performance, strategic decision-making, and relationship-building with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers.

Requirements

Senior Estimator position qualifications:

•  Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction or industrial industry, Water and wastewater industry experience, a plus
•  Bachelor’s degree, preferred or equivalent experience
•  Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, including supervising and developing teams
•  Demonstrated proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic takeoff software (such as E-Takeoff, bluebeam, HCSS, etc.), required; Aptitude for utilizing and employing technology, essential
