General Foreman
As our General Foreman, you will play a key leadership role in delivering highquality and safe construction projects by coordinating multiple crews, driving field execution, and ensuring alignment across trades.
You will oversee daily construction activities across various scopes of work, working closely with superintendents, project managers, and trade foremen to maintain schedule, productivity, and quality. You will also ensure that all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and safety standards while fostering a safe, efficient, and organized jobsite.
Experienced General Foremen take ownership of complex project areas, manage multiple foremen and crews, resolve field challenges, and drive continuous improvement in planning, communication, and execution.
Successful foremen in this role are strong leaders who are committed to safety, teamwork, accountability, and delivering outstanding results in a fastpaced construction environment.

Your Background
- Previous experience as a leadman or foreman on commercial construction projects, with demonstrated leadership across multiple trades.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and coordination of trade activities.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage field operations, and maintain project schedules and productivity goals.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Strong communication, leadership, problemsolving, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and promoting a strong safety culture.
