Quest Ventures Southwest, Inc. (“QVSW”) is an Arizona Corporation headquartered in Phoenix, AZ and is the parent company of Quest Civil Constructors, Inc., Quest Civil Constructors Texas, LLC and Quest Fabricators, Inc.
We specialize in the construction, rehabilitation and repair of water and wastewater facilities throughout the Southwest. We have completed a diverse range of public works contracts including the construction of dams, tunnels, water and sewer utility systems, flood control channels, fire protection systems, drainage facilities, roadways, building improvements and other engineering construction projects.
Company History
Quest Ventures Southwest, Inc. (Quest) is the result of a culmination of ideas, beliefs, experiences and dreams. Howard Birch and Karl Banschbach met and became friends while attending Montana State University in the mid 1980’s. Both earned degrees in Construction Engineering Technology and upon graduation secured positions with major construction companies.
In early 2000, Howard and Karl began planning the inception of Quest. The original business concept was simple – build a profitable and progressive Company while encouraging a balance between professional and personal life commitments. Quest was incorporated in August 2000 with Howard and Karl as the original shareholders. In January 2007, John Lehman was appointed Vice President of Operations and also became a shareholder.
Quest remains a young, progressive and growing firm. We have completed various public works contracts throughout the State of Arizona including construction of water and wastewater facilities, fire protection systems, sewer and water utility systems, drainage facilities and other engineering construction projects.
