J.S. Held, Incorporated was established in New York in 1974 and has been active in construction consulting for 35 years. Over the years, we have expanded our staff and office locations, and now have offices in New York, Connecticut, California, Washington DC, Ohio, Texas, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Oregon.

We have extensive experience in all facets of construction consulting, including estimating, scheduling and project monitoring. Our experience ranges in all types of construction including commercial, industrial, high rise, special structures, governmental, residential and infrastructure. Because of our experience, we are uniquely qualified to act on behalf of clients on the most complex projects.

Our company is comprised of more than 40 professionals nationwide. Since inception, we have grown more than twenty-fold based on our uncompromising commitment to understanding our clients and their needs.
