




Description
We are looking for an Estimator to estimate projects accurately, submit bids on time, and to hit the target numbers set forth by the supervisor. Candidate will analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project to produce an accurate project cost estimate. Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software a bonus.
Responsibilities:

Bids projects within AWS quality tolerances.

Submits bids on time.

Accurately estimates time and material costs.

Inputs quotes into software for all nonstock and nonstandard material.

Accurately prices service fees such as AWI QCP, Bonding, etc.

Follows the Estimating Checklist for all bids.
Candidate Qualifications:

Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite.

Highly motivated with the ability to prioritize and self-manage workload.

Strong analytical skills.

Sound research and networking skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly to change.
