INSURANCE DEFENSE – Attorney – Property Damage/Subrogation/Construction Defect | Full-Time (Remote Flexibility)
Location: New York City (Remote/Hybrid Options Available)
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience – $130,000 - $175,000
Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer, LLP is seeking an experienced attorneys to join our expanding team in handling property damage, subrogation, and construction defect matters. This is an exciting opportunity to work on interesting, high-stakes matters and grow professionally in a collaborative and well-established firm. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from and work alongside seasoned litigators in a supportive environment.
Ideal candidates will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience in one or more of the listed practice areas
- Proven ability to take and defend depositions
- Experience drafting legal reports and engaging in motion practice
- Trial experience is a plus, though not required
