Kidwell is looking for experienced rockstar Journeyman Electricians who are ready to step into the world of mission critical data centers in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Where the projects are massive, the standards are high, and the paychecks reflect the grind.
This is high-level electrical work powering the infrastructure behind the modern world. If you're sharp, dependable, and willing to travel, this role can completely change your earning potential.
Journeymen must hold a Wisconsin Journeyman license or have passed the Iowa Journeyman's exam to reciprocate to Wisconsin.

What You'll Actually Be Doing (The Fun Stuff)
- Team up with the Foreman to crush project goals like a well-oiled machine.
- Train apprentices and turn them into future legends.
- Juggle tasks and keep everything on schedule.
- Collaborate with GCs and other trades.
- Install and repair electrical systems in mission-critical data centers.
- Keep the job site safe.
- Represent Kidwell like the kind of electrician other crews wish they had.
Do You Have What It Takes?
- Down to travel and live that nomadic electrician life (the money makes it awesome).
- Data center or heavy commercial/industrial experience preferred.
- Problem-solving skills sharper than a lineman's knife.
- Solid leadership — you can lead apprentices without losing your cool.
- Minimum 4 years field experience.
- Valid driver's license + ability to pass physical, background, and drug screen.
- You're hungry to level up your career and build something bigger than "just another job."
