MVE Group is seeking a Director of Preconstruction & Project Management to provide leadership to the renewables/solar project management and design teams ensuring efficient and effective systems and processes from design and preconstruction to installation. The Director of Preconstruction & Project Management will foster highly cohesive and productive teams to advance employee engagement and accountability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate and integrate the core values, mission and vision of MVE Group throughout the organization. The Director of Preconstruction & Project Management will ensure seamless projects, on time and budget, in conjunction with positive customer experiences at every step. The ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, develop people and work collaboratively with company leaders is essential to the role.

Requirements

Director of Preconstruction & Project Management position qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing successful leadership to a department/organization
• Financial acumen and a strong understanding of overall business operations
• Experience in renewable energy, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, construction, or related fields, preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• Proficiency with technology, including MS Office, specifically Excel
• Demonstrated community involvement, desired
