Job Description

• This role serves as a Lead Scheduler for several project sites
• Periodically update the Project Master Schedule Baseline, with actual progress attained
• Coordinate with Construction Teams to establish reliable forecast schedule as part of monthly schedule updates. This includes developing mitigation plans for schedule impacts or delays
• Communicate the schedule update and forecast data with Project Management team
• Compile Monthly Schedule Update submittals for submission to the Client
• Establish and coordinate work schedule by fully understanding scope of work and leading scheduling meetings with operations personnel and maintenance supervision
• Prepare project reports and detailed estimates by identifying activities, status, and performance
• Maintain technical knowledge by keeping current on applicable scheduling systems and their full capabilities
• Other duties as assigned
