ESTIMATOR-PROJECT MANAGER

Experienced Estimator/Project Manager

Must have a minimum of three years experience estimating light and heavy gauge metal stud framing and drywall for Multi-million-dollar commercial projects.  Must be knowledgeable of construction plans, documents, materials and specifications, and be able to perform take-offs from plans with great attention to details.

Requirements

Experience with On-Screen Take Off and Quick Bid a must.

You must be computer literate and familiar with Word, Excel and Outlook. You will be required to prepare professional bid proposals and negotiate effectively. This position requires that you have excellent follow-up skills as well as very good communication skills, verbal and written (email).

If you believe in team effort and resolving estimating deficiencies through ACTION, this position is for you.  Excellent Project Management skills are a key component in this position.  If you like to "take ownership" of your work and see it through, this job is for you!
