The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience, demonstrating vision, credibility, and the ability to inspire and challenge others to reach their full potential. Demonstrated progressive experience in municipal development, engineering and construction or similar public sector engineering environment is required. The candidate will have in-depth knowledge of urban planning processes related to engineering, municipal servicing, and infrastructure requirements for land development.
