Description

We are looking for a Project Manager based in Germany to oversee construction management for renewable energy projects across Europe. This position is part of an Independent Power Producer (IPP) platform and offers the opportunity to play a key role in delivering large‑scale renewable assets within a dynamic, international environment at the forefront of the energy transition.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management (10+ years is a strong advantage)
• Bachelor's degree in electrical, civil, mechanical engineering, or a related field
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Fluency in both German and English
• Based in Germany or Poland (Poland‑based candidates must be fluent in German and able to travel to Germany)
• Previous experience in renewable energy projects is a significant plus
• Experience working for an Owner/Developer is highly desirable
• Ability to work either as a direct employee or as a freelancer (invoice‑based), depending on preference
