Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
- Professional Certification: Must possess a valid SKK Ahli Utama Teknik Bangunan Gedung (Level 9). This is a mandatory requirement for high-level technical leadership in building construction.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience specifically in the role of Project Construction Manager or Team Leader for large-scale building projects.
