Ziegler's Landscape by Design in Onalaska, WI, is seeking a skilled Landscape Foreman to join our team. This person's responsibility will be to lead and manage work crews to function effectively and efficiently.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ability to run all types of equipment including skid steers, loaders, mini-excavators, saws, compactors, etc.
• Ability to read and build off landscape plans.
• Knowledge of how to use lasers and other measuring tools.
• Ability to construct fences, decks, gazebos, etc.
• Ability to run crews of two or more employees.
• Good communication skills with coworkers and customers.
• Trouble shoot and resolve issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong construction and plant knowledge
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license (CDL license a plus)
• Strong troubleshooting skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting wage of $25-$35/hour with salary potential based on experience
