The Opportunity
We’re hiring experienced Electrical Estimators who thrive on precision, ownership, and collaboration. This role is critical to our success—driving competitive, accurate estimates that win work and set projects up for excellence. What You’ll Own
Prepare accurate, comprehensive labor and material estimates for electrical construction projects
Analyze drawings, specifications, scope, and schedules to ensure complete and competitive bids
Solicit, evaluate, and condition subcontractor and supplier pricing
Price specialty and standard equipment and maintain cost databases
Identify risks, assumptions, and clarifications—and communicate them clearly to leadership
Support value engineering and preconstruction pricing efforts
Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure smooth handoff from bid to build

Requirements
What You Bring
- 2+ years of electrical estimating experience (commercial construction preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or related field (experience considered in lieu of degree)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Trimble Accubid v16 preferred
- Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills
- A high bar for accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement
