Description
We're seeking a dynamic Director of Construction to lead our Alaska group in the acquisition, execution, and delivery of federal construction projects. This senior role oversees complex, multimillion dollar projects, drives program initiatives, manages client relationships, and supports teams across a multi-state region. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated leader known for innovation, strong communication, and exceptional customer service.
Salary range for this position is $178,806-$228,872 per year.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (experience may substitute 2:1)
- 8+ years vertical/horizontal construction management, including 5+ years managing $10M+ projects
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Demonstrated career progression from craft roles to senior leadership
- Experience preparing bid estimates, including RS Means
- Established relationships with subcontractors and suppliers; involvement in Alaska Pacific and CONUS industry associations
