Description

Key Responsibilities

        Develop conceptual, schematic, design development, and detailed construction document cost estimates.

        Perform quantity take-offs and pricing across all CSI construction divisions, including sitework, structural, architectural, and MEP systems.

        Analyze drawings, narratives, and specifications to determine project scope, assumptions, and cost risks.

        Provide estimate revisions, value engineering options, and cost-savings alternatives.

Requirements

Qualifications

        Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

        2-5 years of architecture or and/or building system experience. 

        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with cost estimating software.

        Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

        Positive attitude, client-focused, and strong attention to detail.

        Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience

        Experience with Togal.AI takeoff software

        Experience with independent cost estimating

        Professional certifications (ASPE, LEED, AIA, etc.)
