Chief Estimator, F/T (Medley, FL) Oversee & manage the estimating team (2 estimators, 2 project/construction mgrs), incl training, & performance mgmt estimators. Maintain communication w/ the estimating staff to facilitate accurate estimates for projects. Liaise & consult w/ clients & vendors to produce & formulate construction cost estimates. $96,762.00/yr. Bachelor's deg in Construction Mgmt, or Civil Engg or rltd, + 24 mos of exp in occupations involving Construction Cost Mgr, Utility Project Mgr, Engg or rltd. Reqd knowl of Microsoft Office, Procore, AutoCAD, Excel & Bluebeam. PCI Certified Qlty Control Technician/Inspector under the Qlty Personnel Certification Prgms Policy 28 Level I & II. ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I. Must be bilingual English & Spanish, this position will work w/ 50% or more of our Spanish speaking only clients.
